After coming back from filming the Korean television show "SuperstarK" Jhameel had a lot to process. He recognized a lot of the same corruption that existed in the American music industry was in the Korean music industry. This left him feeling vulnerable and needing time to himself. The song is about taking a moment to find what is true in oneself and allowing oneself to cry and learn from the mistakes and experiences of the past.
