Noé has ministered in song with the Liberated Gospel Choir, Rutgers University, he has directed the men's and youth choir at the Cathedral Assemblies under Bishop Donald Hilliard Jr., and he has directed and accompanied the Mount Carmel Church Choir in Perth Amboy, NJ for Pastor Luis Santiago. He began ministering in praise and worship for the New Hope Campus Ministry at Rutgers University under Reverend Leo Sherard. While he ministered at New Hope, this opened the door for him to become a praise and worship leader at the Abundant Life Family Worship Church (New Brunswick, NJ). At Abundant Life, he ministered weekly to a congregation of over 3,000 members under the leadership of Bishop George C. Searight. Under Bishop Searight Along with the ALFWC worship team, he has opened for gospel greats such as Yolanda Adams, Fred Hammond, Kurt Carr and the Kurt Carr Singers, Tonéx and many more at the Six Flags Great Adventure Gospel Day.
