Cherry and the Night was founded in late Autumn 2011 by German singer/songwriter Sarah Endress performing solo and resident in Finland since July 2008. The band started off as a duo while by now is made of five members, developing their unique sound with great speed. Screaming melodies, soulful guitars, heartwarming strings and a bass who carries the sun in its pocket. One heart, the beat. ''Fragile we live but strong we give'' ..not afraid of experimental and foreign song structures the band is influenced by many different music-genres. CatN has been playing shows in Finland during 2011/2012 supported by lucky productions in cooperation with several other bands & artists. Cherry and the Night is in the editing process for a video to their song Baby You which will be up March 2013.
