Richard Evans has been singing the Good News about Jesus Christ for 35 years. This is his first Solo CD Project. He sings with the Silver Stars of Raleigh, a quartet group which he is one of the lead singer. They have traveled to many places spreading the gospel in songs, such places as New York, Florida, New Orleans, Virginia, South Carolina to name a few. The group has been on programs with the Blind Boys Of Alabama, the Swanee Quintets of Augusta, Ga., the Sensational Nightingales, just to name a few. Richard also sing with the Lincolnville Male Chorus which is his church men's choir. They have traveled many places singing the gospel also. Richard recently went on a cruise and was given an opportunity to perform one of his songs from the CD. Oh, how the audience loved it. He hopes that everyone that hears this CD will be inspired as he was in recording it. Special thanks goes first to Jesus Christ and then to his wife, Phyllis,family and friends who has supported him in this project.
