Jolly a native of Bogalusa, Louisiana has traveled thought-out the United States promoting his music in the southern region. He initially began rapping and performing with some of the locals at a young age. The young gentlemen formed their group and named it "The Rich Town Boys". This group formed in the latter 90's and has continued to develop their music and style and is presently with Hurricane Records. Hurricane Records received 2 fifthteen (15) tracks albums. A solo album for JOLLY and a group album for The Rich Town Boys.
