David was the lead guitarist and a songwriter in the 1980's Connecticut outfits Tendencies and The Wishing Years. In the 90's David went solo, released “Animal Afterlife” a CD album, and inspired by his mostly Puerto Rican neighborhood, fronted various incarnations of his Latin tinged “Williamsburg Salsa Company” playing mostly in NYC. From David: "I started writing and performing family music for my two sons at the behest of their loving mommy Fabiana. My gigging days had long been over - but suddenly I was performing at my sons’ schools and at other gatherings of friends and family and so I recorded an album of nine songs: Waking Up Underneath A Tangerine Sun.
