Butch Walker, who is on the road now to perform in select cities where his documentary, Out Of Focus, is screening, recently announced a new EP and fall tour. The EP, slated for release Sept. 17 via Dangerbird Records, is called Peachtree Battle. The decision to release the record, originally intended to be a full-length, as an EP was due to Walkers fathers declining health, and singers desire to let him hear one final release. Sadly, Butchs father, “Big” Butch Walker, passed away on Aug. 21 at the age of 72, and Peachtree Battle will be dedicated to his memory.
