Americana/Folk/Country in style, this self-titled album was recorded live for a more organic, "living-room concert" type effect. Ben Wagner and Jeni Watts have been songwriting together for five years and are excited to showcase this album with Jason Brown on upright bass. Jeni focuses on narrative storytelling with a Southern-style vibe, Ben approaches the instrumentation with an old-world sensibility spun with new twists and Jason hold everything down with bass lines that ground the rhythm and bob and weave throughout.
