Delve Deeper Recordings celebrates it's tenth release and starts 2016 with an excursion into the darker side of house with a debut label release from seminal producer Brett Johnson. With previous releases on Classic Music Company, Freerange, Get Physical, Visionquest and many other influential labels Brett is best known for his deep, bumping house with a hearty dose of techno elements, crafted and mixed in a way that is truly identifiable as his own. Relax Yo' Self perfectly highlights Brett's unique style of production with wandering pads and textures interjected with techno elements and stabs to create deep, atmospheric example of the deeper side of house. Leftback Records Dudley Strangeways provides the first remix of the package. Since his debut release in 2009 Dudley has been supported by some of dance music's most influential names including Richie Hawtin and Xpress2 amongst others with releases on Holic, Moda Black and more. His remix of 'Relax Yo' Self' highlights his trademark driving, edgy productions, keeping things on the darker side of house with a stripped back beautifully crafted techno-edged reworking. Delve Deeper Recordings regular James Benedict completes the release and takes the track in a completed different direction with his usual high standards producing a pumping deep house remix. 2015 was a big year for James with his 'Letters on Breaknight EP' and remixes for Phasen and Rishi K on Delve Deeper Recordings gaining high chart placings as well as releases on What Happens, Lucky Sun and Savoir Faire Musique.
