Marla & Marissa are twin sisters. Mirrored souls. One voice. They are harmony. The girls sang before they spoke. Their mother, a renowned opera singer carried her girls through lessons, rehearsals & performances. From the womb until their birth as legitimate artists in their own right. In their late teens the girls took flight. In opposite directions. Marla flew east to the U.S. to pursue an opera career. Marissa flew west to Australia touring musicals & acting for the stage and screen. Despite success and the sea between them it was together that magic manifested. In 2004, they performed in Central Park, NYC to commemorate the victims of 9-11. The experience transformed them. They committed to singing together & bringing harmony to the world. “I had an incredible epiphany on the day… all of a sudden I understood it wasn’t about me at all. My job was to be a conduit.
