"Neighbors" (released as ‘Bad Neighbours` in the UK and Australia) is a 2014 American comedy film, directed by Nicholas Stoller and written by Andrew Cohen and Brendan O’Brien. The film stars Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, Rose Byrne, Dave Franco, and Christopher Mintz-Plasse. The film was released in theaters on May 9, 2014. The official soundtrack will be released on digital retailers on April 29 via Sony Music Entertainment. It comes preceded by the main theme ‘Freaking Out‘, performed by American rapper Flo Rida with the guest vocals of American singer-songwriter StayC Reign.
